The honest version

Every bag is knitted to order with a name on it, so nothing ships from a shelf. Here is exactly what happens and how long it takes.

Knitting: 2–4 working days. Your order joins the queue the next working morning and is made in the order it arrived.
Delivery: 5–8 working days, tracked.

Total: 7–12 working days from the moment you order. The product page shows live dates based on today, and those are the dates we hold ourselves to.

Cost

$4.95 flat rate, anywhere we ship.
Free on two or more bags. Siblings usually solve this for you.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the UAE, Israel, and most of the EU. If your country is not at checkout, email us and we will look into it.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. If tracking goes quiet for more than five days, email us. We chase the carrier, not you.

Customs and duties

Prices are in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes your country may charge on arrival. Those are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. Most orders at this value clear without any charge.

Lost or damaged

If it arrives damaged, or the tracking stops and the parcel never appears, email kevanpreneur@gmail.com with your order number. We replace it. You will not be asked to post anything back.

Ordering for a birthday

Give yourself 12 working days of headroom. If it is tighter than that, email before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it — we would rather lose the sale than miss the day.
