1. Who we are

This store is operated by Yarn & Bear ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may decline an order and refund you in full — for example if we cannot fulfil it, if the personalisation requested is unlawful or offensive, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name you enter. We knit exactly what is submitted. We will not knit text that is offensive, hateful, infringes a trademark, or that we reasonably believe is not a personal name. In those cases we will cancel and refund you in full.

4. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, designs — belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you ordered.
